Backstage  was established in 2006, located in Panyu, Guangzhou China,with more than 50-100 employees and 3,000 square meters workshop. As a professional manufacturer of ladies garments, we have own factory, sample room, sales teams and designers. Our products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Australia, South America, Africa, Brazil , Middle East and etc. The main brands are Gozzip,Studio, Falabella,Ellos etc. We are specialized in women's blouses, dress, skirts and pants, both woven and knitting styles.

History

2006- Established Backstage clothes' manufacturing.Started to produce all kinds of ladies' garment like blouse, trouser,  tops, dress, skirt etc.
2008- Established our purchasing department. adding two production lines for the expand of the markets from over the worlds.

2009- Established professional sales and merchandiser department. planning our own foreign trade cooperation to exploit the global market.
2010- our products are widely sold in domestic and oversea market, cooperating with studio/ gozzip brand in Demark. 

2011- entering the market of South America

2013- Start to make our own designs , has been successfully developed and promoted to sell.

2014- Plus size women dress was sold around the world,  the quality and style is highly good feeback by our customers.

2015- Due to business expansion, We expand our factory scale with 150 experienced workers.

2016- Expanding our sales team for providing our qualified products to meet  customer's demand.

2017- Registered import & export Ceterfication.

2018- Stable and smooth development. Expanding our sales team again for our company’s development needs.

2019- Established online selling like MADE IN CHINA, AMAZON, NOON, LAZADA ,Start new  development in the clothes business.  

2020- The covid is affecting the world while we are in stable business and more new customers are choosing us. We will keep developing new styles and give the best price and service to customers all over the world for your trust and support.

Service:

We have our own sample room and 2 owned factories.
Flexible in minimum with 100pcs per style per color if fabric is in stock, In order to help new brand quick start the business,we accept 50 units per style for first order.
1-2 weeks of delivery time for proto samples, 2-4 weeks for SMS. We have fast production time in 4-6 weeks after PPS approved.
Meanwhile, we are very good at sourcing all kinds of new fabric for our customer to make new collections.

1.CUSTOM DESIGNS / SAMPLE

1.Get a sample:

--If we have sample in stock, we can provide you a free sample.
--If need your own design, pls contact us about the details. we can customize your own design according to your pics or sketch, you can also modify our designs as your request

--We create new designs every month, so you could check our products page to choose our design products, too.

--Our sample charge is based on the style. 

--Sample time 7-12 working days after payment and details confirmed.

2.About the size:
--We can make US UK EU AU size, we can also customize your own size.

02.READY TO ORDER/ PRODUCTION

1.Production process:
--Confirm order items and quantity and once we know exactly what you will be producing we provide a quote and lead times
--You pay 30%-50% deposit for your order. We accept Paypal, T/T, Western Union. etc. Other payment term is under negotiation.
--We source materials for approval from you
--Materials are ordered
--We make PPS (Pre Production Samples) for approval
--Production(Pattern making-fabric cutting-stitching&sewing-checking-pressing-packing)
--Remaining 50%-70% of balance is due upon delivery of your product.

2.Lead time:
--4 weeks standard lead time, also depending on your order quantity.
  Fabric Dying Add 1 week
  Printing Add 1 week
  Embroidery add 1 week

3.Shipping service:
--We ship all over the world
--2-5 days door to door FedEx UPS DHL TNT etc.

--7 days by air flight
--15-30days by sea ship to local port

--We will quote you shipping fee according to the goods weight and shipping method you choose.

4. Logo label, hanger, poly bag on products:
If you need, we offer label,hangtag and polybag customizing service, send us your logo design to get a quote.

5.The price for your products:
•Order Quantity - We require a minimum order quantity of 100 units. In order to help new brand quick start the business,we accept 50 units per style for first order.
•Quantities per Size/Color - Example:100 pieces 3 sizes cheaper than 6 sizes
•Textile / Fabric Composition - Example: a T-Shirt made from Polyester is cheaper than one made from Cotton or Viscose
•Product quality - The more elaborate a design is in terms of stitching / accessories / buttons etc, the higher the cost per unit. Example flat-lock price different from reverse cover-stitch; Embroidery workmanship will increase the cost.
